Here is what you need to know about how we plan to get your order to you efficiently and promptly.

We offer all our clients a UPS Standard Expedite Shipment:  3-5 business days after the order has been placed for a FLAT Rate of $4.99 from any part of the United States.

  • What are your Holiday cut off times?

To receive holiday delivery order by December 18th (11:59 AM EST)

  • How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $60, excluding orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations. Promotion code must be added in your cart at checkout to apply.

  • Where do you ship in the U.S.?

Domestically, we ship to the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.

  • How do I track my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by visiting the “My Account” section.

  • Will my order arrive in one package?

If your order includes several items, they will be shipped together.  In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together.
